Additionally, we offer the option to turn your beef into specialty items like hot dogs, snack sticks, smoked or fresh sausages, seasoned hamburger, beef bacon, and more. 

How to Proceed:

To confirm your order for ¼ of a beef, please make a $300 deposit. The total cost of ¼ of a beef is approximately $1,518.75, with your deposit applied toward the final price $1218.75

Hanging Weight- Price Distribution:

1/8th beef: approx 113 lbs ($6.99/lb)

Quarter Beef: approx. weight 225 lbs  ($6.75 / lb)

Half Beef: approx. weight 450lbs  ($6.50 / lb)

Whole Beef: approx. weight 900lbs  ($6.45 / lb)
