Additionally, we offer the option to turn your beef into specialty items like hot dogs, snack sticks, smoked or fresh sausages, seasoned hamburger, beef bacon, and more. 

How to Proceed:

To confirm your order for 1/8 of a beef, please make a $150 deposit. The total cost of 1/8 of a beef is approximately $674, with your deposit applied toward the final price $689.30

Quarter Beef: approx. weight 225 lbs  ($5.99 / lb)

Half Beef: approx. weight 450lbs  ($5.89 / lb)
