Actual hanging weight varies by animal.
After trimming and processing, customers typically receive approximately 60 to 70 percent of the hanging weight as finished, packaged cuts.
Estimated Take-Home Weight: approx.. 630 lbs depending on what cuts are chosen and which are turned into ground beef.

How to Reserve
A $1000 deposit is required to secure your Whole Beef Share.
Your deposit is applied toward the final total.
Final payment is based on actual hanging weight at the time of processing.
Cattle are harvested and typically hung for approximately one week before cutting. We will contact you directly to confirm selections and arrange pickup or delivery.
