The processing time for all retail items is 2 days. Once processed, the items are shipped to the address you provided during checkout.

Custom Processing with Catskill Packing

Follow these steps to have your livestock
custom processed:

1. Call 607-930-4580 to book an appointment, or message us
here or on Facebook
2. Fill out and submit the cutsheet after booking your appointment
3. Drop off your livestock on the scheduled date.
4. The animals will be harvested the next day. You can inquire
 about the carcass weight after the harvest.
5. The processing will take place 7-10 days after the harvest date.
6. A pickup time will be arranged before the processing date.
