The Catskill Goat Classic delivers a flavorful, freezer-friendly variety of premium goat meat raised on local New York family farms. With chops, steaks, a whole leg, shanks, stew meat, and ground goat, this box is ready for roasting, grilling, curries, stews, and traditional family recipes.
