The Catskill Goat Reserve brings you approximately 42 pounds of premium goat meat raised on local New York family farms. This larger box includes a generous variety of chops, steaks, whole legs, shanks, stew meat, and ground goat for everyday meals, traditional dishes, gatherings, and celebrations.
