The Catskill Lamb Reserve is our larger lamb box, packed with approximately 42 pounds of premium lamb raised on local New York family farms. It includes a generous selection of chops, steaks, whole legs, shanks, stew meat, and ground lamb. No anonymous corporate imports, just locally raised lamb, professionally prepared for your freezer.

Our lambs are raised in limited numbers each year by local New York family farms. Boxes are offered only as stock becomes available and may sell out quickly.

- 3Pay your remaining balance
Once your beef is processed, you pay the balance based on the final hanging weight, then it's ready for pickup or delivery.
