How ordering your share works

   Choose your share & pay your deposit

   Pick the share size that fits your family, then place your deposit to reserve it.

   Fill out your cut sheet

   Tell us exactly how you want it cut, thickness, packaging, and portions, or let our butchers handle it.

3. 3
   Pay your remaining balance

   Once your beef is processed, you pay the balance based on the final hanging weight, then it's ready for pickup or delivery.
